This Privacy Policy explains how matchanalytics.eu ("we", "us", "our"), operated by WenetMedia (Andre Wehrmann), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our platform. We take your privacy seriously and only collect data that is necessary to provide our service.

Account Registration

When you create an account, we collect:

• Username
• Email address
• Password (stored as a bcrypt hash — never in plaintext)
• Registration timestamp

Match Data & .rec Files

When you upload .rec replay files, the game data contained within (player names/gamertags, round results, kill events, operator data) is parsed and stored in our database. This data is private to your account unless you explicitly share a match via a share link. Player names in .rec files may include gamertags of third parties; we store these solely for the purpose of displaying match statistics.

Technical Data

Our server automatically logs standard access data including IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. This data is used solely for security and operational purposes and is deleted after 30 days.

4. Cookies & Sessions

matchanalytics.eu uses only technically necessary session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics. The session cookie is deleted when you close your browser.

5. Third-Party Services

matchanalytics.eu uses the Anthropic Claude API for AI-powered end-screen screenshot analysis. When you use this feature, the uploaded image is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. No account data is transmitted. Anthropic's privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and match data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all associated data is removed within 30 days.
